You'll lead a highly capable infrastructure engineering team at Kasada, building a scalable cloud compute platform to defeat malicious bots. You'll drive architectural decisions and empower other engineering teams while remaining hands-on with AWS and Kubernetes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Foster a culture of trust and continuous improvement
• Write code and demonstrate best practices to the team
• Shape infrastructure direction across AWS and EKS
• Drive operational excellence in on-call and incident response

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience in SRE, infrastructure, or DevOps
• Strong production management of AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud networking
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and Infrastructure as Code
• Product mindset to shape infrastructure roadmap

• Experience in Platform Engineering teams treating infrastructure as product
