You'll work directly with the project management team to conduct land negotiations for oil and gas production. You'll research county records and analyze ownership data to support acquisitions. This role requires strong negotiation skills and local presence in the Midland/Odessa area.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research county records to determine surface ownership
• Analyze and document research results for client reports
• Meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities
• Contribute to other duties as assigned by management

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in acquisitions and negotiations
• Local to Midland/Odessa, TX area
• Ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• AAPL membership
• Bachelor's degree
• Juris Doctorate or degree in Energy Management
