🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and improve global People Culture systems and policies.
• Oversee HR workflows: onboarding, development, promotions, separations.
• Lead and develop the People Culture team.
• Partner with leaders on performance management and employee engagement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years progressive HR experience.
• 3+ years in a team or project leader role.
• Experience in donor-funded or international development environment.
• Proven ability to lead global HR functions across multiple locations.
