• Background in healthcare technology or employer health benefits

• Manage and build strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Proactively engage clients to understand goals and drive value
• Monitor client health, track KPIs, and deliver quarterly reviews
• Manage renewals and identify upselling opportunities
