• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for product and engineering roles
• Source senior technical talent via China-native channels
• Partner with founders and engineering leads on hiring strategy
• Screen candidates for technical depth and ownership mindset

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience in full-cycle technical recruitment in China
• Proven track record hiring software engineers or ML engineers
• Deep familiarity with China's technical talent market and sourcing channels
• Fluent Mandarin and strong working English
