You'll join Crusoe's Fleet Operations team ensuring reliability and stability of GPU hardware. You'll diagnose and repair rack-level hardware and develop automation for fleet management. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge NVIDIA and AMD GPUs in a company building the future of AI infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and troubleshoot hardware faults not resolved by automation
• Collaborate with Data Center Ops and Engineering to repair and upgrade hardware
• Develop automation for hardware diagnostics, provisioning, and repair
• Conduct rigorous testing on cutting-edge AI hardware

📋 Requirements

• Analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex hardware issues
• Solid Linux experience and terminal proficiency
• Server hardware and provisioning exposure
• Fundamentals of hardware and networking error diagnosis

• Experience with large-scale GPU operations
• Programming proficiency in Python, Go, or similar
