Description

You will partner with commercial leadership to shape strategies that enable Ripple's products to scale and enter new markets prudently, translating complex financial risks into actionable business insights. You'll design risk models, mitigate counterparty risk, and communicate risk concepts across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of excellence in risk, financial markets, or trading
• Deep understanding of complex financial products
• Commercial and strategic mindset with experience working directly with business teams
• Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complexity
• Expertise in financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, limit-setting, and building sophisticated risk models

Responsibilities

• Be a strategic partner to commercial leadership, structuring innovative deals and developing new products
• Design and implement risk models, loss forecasting methodologies, reporting tools, and stress testing frameworks
• Communicate and educate on financial risk topics to stakeholders across the organization
• Mitigate counterparty risk by developing comprehensive views of counterparty health and setting credit limits
• Build robust governance structures and reporting systems for senior leadership
