Description

You will provide remote legal support focusing on the Korean market, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements for Fortune 500 clients.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 4 years PQE in Korea
• Prior work experience in Korea essential
• Korea legal qualification preferred but open to all jurisdictions
• Able to draft in Korean and English
• Based in HK, SG, Australia, or North America

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate creative, advertising, digital marketing, procurement, technology and partnership agreements
• Develop and advise on commercial marketplace contracts, Terms and Conditions, distribution agreements and related policies
• Work remotely with global clients focusing on the Korean market
