💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end procurement of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed equipment for hyperscale data centers, ensuring on-time delivery of critical power and cooling systems. Acting as the key interface between engineering, vendors, and construction, you'll negotiate contracts and oversee logistics for mission-critical infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and manage OFCI equipment scope with engineering and construction teams
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes including vendor evaluation and commercial assessments
• Negotiate contracts covering performance guarantees and delivery schedules
• Oversee procurement of UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, and cooling systems
• Coordinate factory inspections, FATs, and quality assurance activities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or project delivery in data centers
• Strong knowledge of critical power, cooling, and building management systems
• Proven experience managing long-lead equipment procurement and vendor relationships
