Description
You will manage a portfolio of emerging accommodation partners, guiding them through onboarding and account setup, and helping them leverage Agoda's tools and systems to improve performance. You'll work closely with the team, participate in short-term projects, and track activities in internal systems.
Requirements
- New graduates or up to 2 years of work experience (no sales experience required)
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Comfortable with basic computer tools (Excel, email, internal systems)
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Support new accommodation partners with onboarding and account setup
- Guide partners through registration and next steps
- Share best practices to help partners improve performance
- Help partners understand Agoda's tools and systems using existing materials
- Track activities in internal systems and follow daily priorities
