💼 About This Role

You'll manage and optimize ad campaigns in TikTok Ads and AppLovin Ads for a global petcare product. Your work will directly scale campaigns on Tier-1 markets like the US and Canada. You'll experiment with new channels and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns in TikTok Ads and AppLovin Ads
• Scale campaigns on Tier-1 markets (USA, Canada, Australia, Western Europe)
• Research competitors and test their best practices
• Analyze key metrics: ROI, CAC, LTV, and related KPIs

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition
• Practical experience with TikTok Ads / Meta Ads or other paid UA channels
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Hook rate)
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher

• Experience with analytical tools: Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
