You'll act as the single point of contact for complex datacenter infrastructure engagements, orchestrating cross-functional teams from procurement through commissioning. Your core impact is delivering seamless client experiences and ensuring on-time project delivery at industry-defining speeds.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for full lifecycle of datacenter engagements
- Lead cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, supply chain, and construction
- Develop and maintain integrated program dashboards and milestone trackers
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive-level client stakeholders
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years in strategic account management in datacenter context
- Experience managing complex datacenter infrastructure projects from PO to commissioning
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement processes and hardware/software lifecycle
- Executive presence to present to C-suite and VP-level audiences
โจ Nice to Have
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with hyperscale or colocation datacenter clients
- Background in EPC contracting environments
