🎯 What You'll Do

• Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts end-to-end
• Deploy agents and identify blockers, then build platform fixes
• Work with enterprise CX leaders to design AI transformation roadmaps
• Turn deployment insights into platform capabilities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in PM, solutions engineering, or technical account ownership
• AI-native mindset with experience using tools like Claude and Cursor
• Ability to scope webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations
• Experience diagnosing deployment problems as technical, operational, or stakeholder-driven

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience advising CX leaders on organizational design
• Background in customer experience or support automation
• Familiarity with QA suites and automated testing
