You'll independently manage design asset projects across brand, motion, and 3D environmental verticals for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. You'll drive timelines, facilitate intake sessions, and ensure smooth stakeholder collaboration. This role offers a wide creative reach and the chance to build expertise across multiple disciplines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage projects from intake to delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
• Lead project intake sessions to capture requirements and details.
• Build workback schedules and project plans for creative verticals.
• Use Smartsheet to track statuses, report updates, and monitor health.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in-house or agency.
• Thorough understanding of creative processes from concept to execution.
• Proficient in Smartsheet or similar PM tools (Asana, Wrike, Workfront).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
