Description

As a Learning and Coaching Partner at Roblox, you will serve as an embedded development partner for technical business units, combining coaching expertise with learning design to accelerate individual and organizational capability. You'll partner with leaders to diagnose development needs, design targeted interventions, and coach through complex challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in leadership development, organizational development, or executive coaching
• Professional coaching certification (ICF ACC/PCC/MCC, CTI, or equivalent)
• Master's degree in Organizational Development, I-O Psychology, Adult Learning, or related field
• Coaching expertise with demonstrated impact in technology or engineering organizations
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with engineering leaders

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and design evidence-based development solutions
• Deliver 1:1 executive and leadership coaching using established frameworks
• Co-facilitate and deliver premier manager and leadership development experiences
• Design custom learning solutions targeting specific capability gaps
• Facilitate team offsites and interventions to strengthen collaboration and performance
