Description

You will design, build, and optimize fluid systems for delivery of critical gases and chemicals in solar cell fabrication, ensuring safe handling of hazardous materials in a high-volume manufacturing environment to support reliable supply for vacuum deposition and etching processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, or aerospace engineering
• 5+ years of professional fluids systems design experience
• Knowledge of safety protocols for pyrophoric and toxic materials
• Proficiency in fluid dynamics software and CAD tools
• Ability to travel frequently and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and activate fluids systems for gas, chemical, and exhaust distribution
• Cradle-to-grave project ownership including design, procurement, commissioning, and management
• Design modular systems for scalable solar production facilities
• Perform safety/hazard assessments (FMEAs, HAZOPs) for hazardous system design
• Design and deploy data acquisition and control systems for fluid facilities
