💼 About This Role

You'll lead the M&A People cross-functional workstream at OpenAI, designing and scaling programs from due diligence to onboarding for talent acquisition. You'll drive end-to-end deal execution, build playbooks, and partner with senior leaders to bring in mission-aligned talent. This role involves managing complex timelines and delivering high-impact candidate experiences at the core of the company's growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-design and scale the M&A People XFN workstream program
• Build playbooks and processes for increasing deal volume
• Deliver candidate and acquired team experiences including Town Halls
• Lead post-mortem retrospectives for continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience
• At least 4 years leading program management within Mergers & Acquisitions
• Strong project management skills from scoping to execution
• High ownership mindset with intellectual curiosity
