💼 About This Role

You'll own execution of Compa's technical talent strategy, acting as a full-cycle recruiter across 5–10 open roles spanning software engineering, AI, and infrastructure. You'll work closely with the CTO and Director of People to build and scale technical teams at a venture-backed AI startup serving top-tier clients like NVIDIA and Stripe.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape recruiting strategies
  • Own full candidate lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing
  • Develop job descriptions, hiring plans, and screening rubrics
  • Build scalable, repeatable recruiting workflows

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience at a growth-stage company
  • Track record hiring specialized technical and engineering roles
  • Strong communication skills with candidates, leaders, and teams

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting in HR tech
  • Familiarity with Ashby
