Description

As an early career trial attorney at Alexander Shunnarah, you will manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases from intake through trial. You'll handle about 150 cases, with 50 in active litigation, conducting depositions, mediations, and serving as lead counsel in jury trials.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Active and in good standing with local State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred
• Currently located in the state where the job is posted
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating case strategies and client engagement

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of ~150 cases, with ~50 actively in litigation monthly
• Engage in proactive, transparent client communication throughout the legal process
• Conduct depositions, draft/respond to motions, lead mediations, develop case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes
