💼 About This Role

You'll structure, draft, and negotiate complex technology agreements for Tubi's streaming service. You'll directly impact scaling internationally by supporting business development and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers remote flexibility and reports to the SVP and Associate General Counsel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure and negotiate SaaS agreements, DPAs, and platform distribution agreements.
• Provide contractual guidance balancing business objectives and risk mitigation.
• Develop best practices and templates for commercial matters.
• Stay current on privacy and data security laws like CPRA and GDPR.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience in entertainment/media/technology.
• Experience with advertising sales and ad technology.
• Experience with technology licensing (SaaS) and procurement transactions.
• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with digital media/platform distribution agreements for DTC apps.
• Experience negotiating privacy compliance terms (VPPA, CPRA, GDPR).
• JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
