You'll join Veo's Customer Success team to support coaches and players using our AI-based sports camera technology. You'll respond to customer requests via email, phone, and chat, ensuring high satisfaction and low response times. This role stands out for working with a global leader in sports tech used by 40,000+ clubs worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to customer requests via email, phone, and chat.
• Support second line by resolving general tickets.
• Adhere to KPIs for response time and satisfaction.
• Communicate feedback and optimize support processes.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Interest in Soccer.
