📋 Requirements

• Active RN license with compact eligibility and ASN or higher.
• 3+ years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Experience managing complex healthcare cases across care settings.
• Comfortable with digital systems and healthcare technology.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in case management or health plans.
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with quality improvement or mentoring.
