You will support Self Service Plan Sponsors during onboarding by providing timely, high-quality guidance as they navigate our client's platform. You will respond to inquiries, clarify requirements, unblock progress, and reinforce standardized processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in client support, project coordination, or cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver prompt service in high-volume support environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn retirement plan fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Support Self Service Plan Sponsors during onboarding
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to client inquiries
  • Guide clients through onboarding by providing clarification and direction
  • Monitor progress and identify blockers or risks
  • Communicate onboarding expectations and process updates
