💼 About This Role

You'll lead business development for Loft's space infrastructure-as-a-service in the US, driving customer acquisition and strategic partnerships across the Americas. You'll shape go-to-market strategy and influence the product roadmap by working closely with technical teams. This high-impact role offers the chance to pioneer new models of space services in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and grow a pipeline of commercial customers across the Americas.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders in commercial space.
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships for space infrastructure.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy and influence product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales or business development in commercial space sector.
  • Demonstrated success capturing new business across U.S. commercial space.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions in space or adjacent tech.
  • Strong knowledge of space systems to earn trust of technical buyers.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Established network across Earth observation, communications, IoT, or tech demo segments.
  • Relationships within U.S. civil space ecosystem (NASA, NOAA, etc.).
  • Experience winning proposals for spacecraft development programs.
