Your work will directly impact revenue growth and customer retention by optimizing automated journeys and cross-functional collaboration. π― What You'll Do
- Build and execute automated email journeys and triggered campaigns
- Develop audience segmentation using firmographic and behavioral data
- Deploy email campaigns and own in-app marketing touchpoints
- Track core KPIs and build dashboards in Tableau and Google Analytics
π Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle or email marketing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and customer journey mapping
- Solid analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data interpretation
