  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities via data analysis
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Monitor payment KPIs like approval and conversion rates

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success within FinTech or Payments
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and merchant lifecycle
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data
  • Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)
