You'll drive strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value merchant accounts within the payments and fintech ecosystem. Your core impact is identifying revenue opportunities and optimizing payment performance. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and business strategy.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities via data analysis
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Monitor payment KPIs like approval and conversion rates
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success within FinTech or Payments
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and merchant lifecycle
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data
- Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)
