You'll serve as a high-impact generalist supporting Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Performance Programs, and People Operations. You'll own interview scheduling and candidate experience while helping scale people, processes, and culture. This role offers exposure across multiple People functions at a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across candidates and panels
• Maintain ATS hygiene and track candidate pipeline
• Draft and manage internal communications like weekly updates
• Support performance cycle administration and recognition programs

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in TA/Recruiting, HR, or People Ops
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable with ATS, HRIS, Google Suite, and Slack

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ashby or Lattice
• Background in startup or high-growth environment
• Experience in internal communications or content writing
