Description

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, providing personal care, accompanying them on errands, assisting with daily tasks, and engaging in community activities to help them reach their full potential.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Engage clients in favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities
