💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in creating the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers the chance to grow in a dynamic retail environment with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns
• Step in and cover the sales floor when manager is pulled away
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Passion for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
• Communication skills to relay trend information
