Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Shipwell, you will design, develop, and maintain the data pipelines and ML infrastructure that power our AI-powered logistics solutions. You will work across the full ML lifecycle, optimize AWS infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience with ML models and AWS infrastructure
• Proficiency in Python, dbt, SQL, and modern ML tooling
• Experience with data engineering best practices (ETL, data integrity, monitoring)
• Experience with version control (GitHub, GitLab) and Agile
• Experience with agentic tooling (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith)

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ML models and data pipelines in AWS
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, data science, and product teams
• Contribute to existing ML projects and communicate results
• Own data and ML processes and become the expert on infrastructure
• Participate in projects at the forefront of GenAI and ML in logistics
