💼 About This Role

You'll manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios for top global brands, handling clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. Your work will protect clients' intellectual property through TTAB proceedings and litigation. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge brand protection strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct trademark searches and clearance assessments
• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before USPTO
• Manage TTAB proceedings including oppositions and cancellations
• Draft and respond to cease-and-desist letters

📋 Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 3-6 years of trademark prosecution and portfolio management experience
• Experience with USPTO proceedings and TTAB oppositions
• Experience with UDRP actions and domain name disputes
