Description

You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of validation campaigns for autonomous vehicle systems, ensuring safety and performance across simulated and real-world environments. Your work directly supports the commercial readiness of our robotaxi service.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software QA or system testing within AV, ADAS, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, ECE, Computer Science, or related field.
• Expertise in test strategy, automation, and end-to-end testing for complex mechatronic/autonomous systems.
• Experience with HIL and SIL simulation environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating quality gates for production-grade software releases.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, design, and execution of validation campaigns across Perception, Planning, and Control systems using simulation, SIL, HIL, and on-vehicle environments.
• Drive test execution and documentation to ensure system compliance with ISO26262 and ISO21448 (SOTIF).
• Develop and maintain test infrastructure and automation frameworks using Python, Shell, and relevant platforms.
• Serve as technical lead for scenario-based testing and AV capability campaigns for end-to-end mission performance.
• Design and execute testing for non-driving features such as rider interactions, remote assistance, and OTA updates.
