💼 About This Role

You'll join hyperexponential's Pricing & Innovation team, bridging actuarial depth with technical delivery to help insurers adopt AI-enabled pricing workflows. You'll partner directly with senior actuaries and CUOs, guiding strategic transformations and feeding client insights back into our multi-product platform that powers billions in premiums.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as SME in pricing across commercial, specialty, and reinsurance markets
• Partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor on pricing transformation
• Support customers in deploying models and re-engineering workflows
• Contribute to innovation projects exploring new data and AI applications

📋 Requirements

• Newly or recently qualified actuary with pricing experience in commercial, specialty, or reinsurance
• Contributed to development or enhancement of pricing models applied in live underwriting
• Ability to explain technical work clearly and influence stakeholder decisions
• Hands-on experience with actuarial tools like R, Python, or data pipelines
