💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the core analytics infrastructure powering decision-making across a fast-growing Web3 technology organization. You'll design and own end-to-end data systems that transform raw data into trusted insights used by cross-functional teams, directly shaping business strategy in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end analytics data pipelines including ingestion, transformation, and monitoring
• Design self-serve data products such as curated datasets, semantic layers, and dashboards
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability frameworks with anomaly detection
• Develop key business metrics covering product performance, growth, retention, and revenue

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar data platform roles
• Advanced SQL expertise including data modeling, transformation design, and query optimization
• Strong Python skills for data pipelines, automation, API integration, and workflow development
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Metabase or similar self-service BI tools
• Background in SaaS and digital business metrics (funnels, retention, cohorts, CAC, LTV)
• Experience with operational and engineering data such as system performance and reliability metrics
