💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end design of AI-powered sales tools used by teams at Hubspot and Rippling. You'll work directly with founders to shape the product experience during a period of hypergrowth. This role offers the chance to build a design system that scales across multiple product surfaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design process from concept to execution
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI
• Conduct user research and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years crafting innovative consumer products
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual craft and design systems
• Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
