💼 About This Role

You'll drive accuracy and efficiency in sales compensation processes and reporting for Elastic's global sales organization. You will own Xactly system administration and build automated solutions. This role offers white glove treatment for a growing sales team in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain automated solutions in Xactly system
• Identify process improvements and system enhancements
• Collaborate with internal partners for plan design and UAT testing
• Build and distribute Xactly Analytics reports on compensation metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years with Xactly Incent and Analytics
• 5+ years in Sales Compensation / Operations / Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail
• Experience in UAT and system implementation projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Comfort with fast-paced environments
