Description

You will lead end-to-end product design for critical areas of Mews' connectivity tribe, shaping the public API used by over 1,000 partners. You'll tackle complex problems, conduct user research, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to deliver high-impact solutions that drive the global hospitality ecosystem forward.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS or digital products
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end case studies for complex problems
• Proven experience planning and running user research
• Excellent interaction and visual design skills with attention to detail
• Strong storytelling and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery
• Plan and run mixed-methods UX research to inform decisions
• Frame and solve complex user and business problems
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on strategy and trade-offs
• Contribute to design system and mentor other designers
