You'll provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in their homes, allowing you to control your schedule and stay close to home. This role offers flexible hours, paid training, and 24/7 clinical support.

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Ability to provide care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Comfortable with home health visits and commuting to local clients

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health care to clients with complex medical needs
• Work flexible shifts (day, overnight, 8-12 hours) with no weekend requirement
• Utilize electronic charting (Statewise) for patient care documentation
• Receive 24/7 clinical support and mentorship
• Participate in paid training including SIM labs
