You will lead the Lakehouse Analytics team within Affirm's Data and Storage Services organization, driving technical strategy, managing teams, and delivering multi-quarter roadmaps for reliable, scalable data infrastructure. Your work enables consumers to buy now and pay later with transparent, honest credit solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing diverse teams and delivering large cross-functional programs
• Expertise in large-scale distributed compute and data processing systems (data lakes, workflow orchestration)
• Experience scaling frameworks like Snowflake, Spark, Flink, Kafka on Kubernetes and AWS
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with growth mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
