You will improve the quality management system and verify compliance to ISO9001 procedures. You'll plan and perform quality system audits, analyze data, and drive continual improvement to ensure Starlink products meet the highest standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or STEM
• 1+ years experience in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing
• Thorough knowledge of ISO9001
• Experience with quality tools like root cause analysis and auditing
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide management system training and guidance to departments
• Build and improve policies, procedures, and systems for compliance
• Assess business processes and products through internal audits
• Utilize corrective and preventive actions to drive improvement
• Support internal, vendor, and external audits
