Description

You will build and manage Coupang's influencer ecosystem in Taiwan, overseeing the full lifecycle of KOL/KOC engagement from talent acquisition and agency partnerships to platform onboarding, campaign execution, and financial settlement. This role is critical to driving Coupang's expansion and creating a loyal network of creators.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Agency Operations in Taiwan
• Existing network of Taiwan KOLs and agency contacts preferred
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel
• Exceptional negotiation skills and hunter mindset
• Native Traditional Chinese and professional English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and onboard high-performing KOLs/KOCs across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Threads
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Taiwan's top MCNs and talent agencies
• Guide KOLs through platform onboarding and manage day-to-day campaign execution
• Handle end-to-end contracting, performance tracking, and monthly billing/settlement
• Act as primary contact for talent to resolve issues and maintain platform loyalty
