Description

You will support the design, execution, and scaling of compensation and benefits programs at Aura, focusing on compensation analytics and program management while ensuring smooth U.S. benefits operations. This role is key in evolving our total rewards strategy for a larger, more complex organization as we grow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, large datasets, pivot tables, lookups)
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration
  • High attention to detail and strong data integrity mindset

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data
  • Support and evolve job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary band structures
  • Partner with HRBPs to provide data-driven compensation recommendations
  • Drive key compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) including modeling and execution
  • Administer day-to-day U.S. benefits programs and manage open enrollment
