💼 About This Role

You'll lead the product strategy and lifecycle of enterprise platforms supporting revenue, billing, and order-to-cash processes at Veracyte. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization and grooming
• Define and communicate product roadmaps for new development and sustaining
• Elicit, document, and manage requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to support development and testing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field
• 5+ years of product management experience with technical products in healthcare or software integration
• Experience supporting Salesforce-based ecosystems, billing platforms, or order-to-cash processes
• Ability to work with financial, billing, and reimbursement workflows including compliance-driven requirements

• Experience in medical coding with automation and integrations leveraging agentic AI
• Understanding of APIs, data modeling, cloud services (AWS, GCP), and SDLC
• Exposure to intelligent document processing, automated claims workflows, or revenue analytics
