You'll lead inventory operations in a highly regulated cannabis environment, ensuring SOX compliance and Metrc tracking accuracy. You'll partner with executive leadership to drive operational excellence and scalability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own SOX compliance and state regulatory adherence across inventory functions.
• Lead audit readiness with internal/external auditors.
• Develop enterprise inventory policies to mitigate financial risk.
• Provide executive-level reporting via KPI dashboards and variance analysis.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive inventory or supply chain leadership experience.
• 3+ years in a regulated industry (cannabis experience preferred).
• Deep knowledge of SOX compliance, Metrc, and ERP systems.

• Cannabis industry experience.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
