Description

You will design, implement, and manage training initiatives for the Patient Coordinator team, focusing on onboarding, ramp-up, and remediation to improve productivity and patient experience. You will collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps, deliver engaging programs, and measure effectiveness through KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of experience leading training programs
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Background in medical billing preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps and requirements
• Deliver engaging training programs including onboarding, policy updates, and role-specific development
• Employ various training methods (e-learning, workshops, coaching, simulations)
• Track training completion rates and report on effectiveness via KPIs
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training documentation
