💼 About This Role

You'll partner with technology leaders in Paytm's high-scale Payments Technology team to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and AI-enabled HR transformation. You'll build data-driven dashboards and automate HR workflows to scale people operations across Engineering, Product, and Data teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering leaders to align people strategy with business priorities
• Drive org design, workforce planning, and talent reviews
• Build retention strategies for critical tech talent
• Design and execute engagement initiatives for technology teams

📋 Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or equivalent
• 5+ years experience as HRBP supporting Technology or Engineering orgs
• Hands-on experience with HR analytics and automation tools like Power BI, Excel, HRIS
• Strong stakeholder management and performance management skills

• Experience implementing AI/automation in HR use cases
• Exposure to fintech or payments ecosystems
• Experience supporting large-scale engineering or product organizations
