💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech therapy services to seniors in assisted living communities, performing evaluations and developing treatment plans. This role offers no typical home health commute while making a meaningful impact. Work with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Perform evaluations for speech, language, or swallowing difficulties
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders
• Document patient care using touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred
