🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop contingent labor strategies with stakeholder and talent acquisition teams.
• Negotiate contracts including pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier performance against KPIs and operational metrics.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present value propositions to executives for contract awards.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree and 4+ years or bachelor's and 6+ years or 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in purchasing, contract negotiation, or supply chain management.
• Experience in material cost control or production planning.
• Onsite full-time in Hawthorne, CA (no hybrid/remote).

• Indirect procurement experience with HR or professional services categories.
• Proven track record managing contingent labor programs.
