💼 About This Role

You'll join Presto's Middle Office team to proactively source and execute business opportunities supporting quantitative trading strategies in Asian markets. You'll shape the trading setup by navigating Chinese onshore/offshore market complexities, while collaborating with traders, engineers, and senior management. This role sits at the intersection of trading, operations, risk, and compliance, offering a unique chance to move to the buy-side.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead broker selection, onboarding, and fee negotiations to optimize costs
• Spearhead market access setup for Chinese onshore/offshore markets
• Collaborate with traders and engineers to optimize trading infrastructure
• Monitor market changes and identify new liquidity or arbitrage opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in brokerage or proprietary trading firms
• Strong hands-on experience with Chinese onshore and offshore markets
• Fluent in both English and Chinese for effective negotiation
• Understanding of quantitative trading strategies and full trade lifecycle
