  • Design and improve the operating system for B2B Marketing.
  • Define metrics, reporting cadences, and leadership narratives.
  • Serve as strategic surge capacity for high-priority initiatives.
  • Identify operational gaps and design practical systems.

  • 14+ years in strategy, business ops, or marketing operations in tech.
  • Experience working with a marketing team on B2B marketing and GTM motions.
  • Strong analytical skills with budgets and forecasts.
